Dr. Mohammed Baobaid

Dr. Mohammed Baobaid is a visionary leader with over 35 years of experience helping diverse communities bridge their differences and create lasting positive outcomes. A key driving force behind CBC, his commitment to nurturing cross-cultural integration is exemplified by his founding of the Muslim Resource Centre for Social Support and Integration (MRCSSI) in 2009. 


His insightful research uncovered gaps and challenges faced by collectivist communities residing in Western countries to overcome challenges impacting their integration journey, prompting him to initiate a constructive solution. Dr. Baobaid's commitment to empowering and supporting families in times of conflict serves as a testament to his innate abilities when it comes to bridging divides and creating meaningful connections.


Dr. Baobaid is now leveraging his significant skills and network to identify gaps and create bridges that make a positive and lasting impact in the business world. By helping North American companies navigate their way into highly productive and rewarding relationships in the Gulf region, Dr. Baobaid has taken his skillset to the global stage.
